1.General Terms and Definitions

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "hhi77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" — refers to hhi77.app and the entity operating the platform.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hhi77 platform.
• "Account" — the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the hhi77 platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in BDT.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by hhi77, subject to separate wagering conditions.

• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a Player on any Game or sporting event available on the platform.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on hhi77 or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and hhi77 regarding your use of the platform. No representations, warranties, or other agreements exist between you and hhi77 that are not expressly set out herein.

1.3 Amendments

hhi77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment should close their Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

1.4 Language

These Terms are written and published in English. English is the sole binding language of this agreement. Any translation provided for informational purposes is non-binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on hhi77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to your account, including any self-exclusion you have requested through hhi77 itself.
• You have not previously had an Account on hhi77 that was closed due to breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity or using automated systems to place bets.

2.2 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on hhi77. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using shared device or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hhi77 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

hhi77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit documentation to verify their identity, age, address, and payment methods at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review triggered by account activity. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement). hhi77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on hhi77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hhi77 does not offer multi-currency accounts. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to represent BDT amounts. Players are responsible for any applicable taxes or levies on winnings under Bangladeshi law.

3.Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit within the Account dashboard. hhi77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hhi77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 40 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating conditions. Bank card withdrawals may take longer depending on the issuing institution. hhi77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

3.3 Failed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction is initiated but funds are not credited to the player's Account within the expected timeframe, the player should contact hhi77 support via live chat or at [email protected] with the transaction reference number. hhi77 will investigate and resolve confirmed payment discrepancies within 3 business days. hhi77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile network outages.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

hhi77 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or financial crime. All transactions are monitored. hhi77 reserves the right to freeze an Account, delay a withdrawal, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are derived from illegal sources or that the platform is being used to launder money. Players found to be using hhi77 for money laundering will be permanently banned and their details may be shared with relevant law enforcement bodies.

4.Bonus and Promotions Policy

4.1 General Bonus Terms

hhi77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of acceptance, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry dates. Players should read all promotional terms carefully before accepting any bonus offer.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from the Account balance automatically.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

hhi77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following activities are prohibited and may result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent Account closure:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using bonus funds in a manner specifically designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk
• Coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to place bets while a bonus is active
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. hhi77 will not pay out winnings generated from bonus funds where the applicable wagering requirement has not been satisfied at the time of the withdrawal request. If a Player requests a withdrawal while a bonus is still active and wagering requirements are unmet, hhi77 reserves the right to remove the bonus funds and associated winnings before processing the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

5.User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Player Obligations

As a registered Player, you agree at all times to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information in all dealings with hhi77
• Keep your Account credentials confidential and not share login details with any third party
• Use the platform exclusively for your own personal entertainment
• Wager only funds that you can afford to lose and that are not derived from illegal activity
• Notify hhi77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gaming

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hhi77 platform:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity fraud
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Use of any software, algorithm, AI tool, or automated script to analyse, predict, or place bets

• Attempting to access any other Player's account or any restricted area of the platform

6.Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content on the hhi77 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of hhi77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The hhi77 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary to hhi77 and may not be used without express written permission.

6.2 Restricted Use

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or republishing any platform content
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any platform software
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content
• Using any platform content for commercial purposes without written authorisation
• Scraping, crawling, or data-mining the platform using automated means

6.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on hhi77 are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective game providers. hhi77 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

7.Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Availability

7.3 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on hhi77 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. hhi77 makes no warranties regarding individual game outcomes. All gambling involves risk, and Players may lose some or all funds wagered. Past game performance is not indicative of future results.

7.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds being displayed, or an incorrect payout being credited, hhi77 reserves the right to void the affected bet or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Winnings arising from obvious technical errors — including software malfunctions, misconfigured odds, and display glitches — will not be honoured and will be reversed.

8.Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting hhi77 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon a closure request, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by hhi77

hhi77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Identification of the Account holder as being under 18 years of age
• Instruction from a relevant authority or self-exclusion scheme
• Reasonable grounds to suspect use of automated betting tools or collusion

Where an Account is closed by hhi77 due to a breach of these Terms, hhi77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance, including winnings generated during the period of breach.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hhi77 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. Players who wish to reactivate a dormant account should contact [email protected]. Dormant account fees, where applied, will be disclosed to the Player before any deduction is made.

9.Responsible Gaming

Please provide a clear description of the dispute, your Account username, and all relevant transaction references. hhi77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

10.2 Formal Complaints

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to a formal complaint by sending a written notice to hhi77 at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". hhi77 will conduct a thorough review of the escalated complaint and issue a final written decision within 10 business days of receiving the formal complaint. The decision issued at the conclusion of this process represents hhi77's final position on the matter.

10.3 Records and Evidence

hhi77 maintains comprehensive records of all gaming sessions, transactions, and account activity. In the event of a disputed game outcome or transaction, hhi77's records shall be considered the primary source of evidence. Players who dispute a specific outcome should retain any screenshots or transaction confirmations they have available to support their claim.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with hhi77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both published at hhi77.app), constitute the entire agreement between you and hhi77 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. Players are encouraged to review all three documents before registering an Account.
